Terms of Service

Terms for using PayCovay / ReCoil.

1. About PAYCOVAY

PayCovay hosts practical business tools, booking surfaces, LocalOps/WALO command workflows, ReCoil garage-door development pages, and creator or prototype pages such as Whooshies.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials, connected accounts, team members, clients, files, messages, and all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Business Use

The service is intended for business, research, creator, or professional use. You are responsible for deciding whether outputs are appropriate for your use case and for complying with laws, platform rules, customer agreements, advertising rules, and industry obligations that apply to your business.

4. Connected Accounts

If you connect services such as Google, Microsoft, GitHub, Vercel, Cloudflare, Stripe, email providers, SMS providers, social platforms, search tools, or other third-party systems, you authorize PAYCOVAY to access and process the information needed to provide the requested workflow. You remain responsible for those third-party accounts and their terms.

5. AI and Automation

AI features can draft, summarize, classify, recommend, route, or prepare actions. AI output may be incomplete or wrong. You must review important outputs before relying on them. Workflows that publish, send campaigns, alter DNS, commit code, charge money, or change connected systems should use preview and approval steps unless you intentionally configure otherwise.

6. Payments and Billing

Paid services, if offered, may be billed monthly, annually, one-time, or by scoped project. Payment processing may be handled by Stripe or another processor. We do not store full card or bank details. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, or fraudulent activity.
• Do not send spam or messages to people who have not given proper consent.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, credential harvesting, malware distribution, or security circumvention.
• Do not scrape or test systems you do not own or have permission to test.
• Do not use the service to infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.

8. Customer Data

You retain ownership of the data you upload, enter, connect, or generate through your account. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that data solely to operate the service, support your requested workflows, maintain security, and improve reliability.

9. Intellectual Property

PayCovay / ReCoil, its software, designs, workflows, documentation, branding, and site content are owned by Artificial Mind Hive Productions or its licensors. Your own business content remains yours.

10. Third-Party Services

Third-party APIs and platforms may change, fail, rate limit, reject requests, suspend accounts, or require additional verification. We are not responsible for third-party outages, rules, fees, account reviews, indexing decisions, ad approvals, payment disputes, chargebacks, or deliverability outcomes.

11. No Guaranteed Results

SEO, indexing, rankings, email inbox placement, lead generation, traffic analysis, content performance, payment conversion, and automation outcomes are not guaranteed. We provide tools and recommendations; outside platforms make their own decisions.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, or suitable for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artificial Mind Hive Productions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, lost rankings, failed deliveries, or third-party account issues. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Artificial Mind Hive Productions from claims arising from your use of the service, your content, your connected accounts, your customers, your legal or platform violations, or your misuse of automation.

15. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. We may suspend or terminate access if payment fails, security risk appears, the service is misused, or these Terms are violated. You may stop using the service at any time.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless another written agreement says otherwise.
