Terms of Service

Effective date: July 22, 2026 | Last updated: July 22, 2026

These terms govern PayCovay, LocalOps, BookITnow, WALO command workflows, and related AMH tools.

By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. About the service

PayCovay hosts practical business tools, booking surfaces, LocalOps and WALO command workflows, website and SEO utilities, creator pages, and connected-account automations.

2. Eligibility, accounts, and business use

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your credentials, connected accounts, team members, clients, files, messages, and all approved activity under your account.

3. Connected accounts and third-party services

If you connect services such as WhatsApp/Meta, Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, GitHub, Vercel, Cloudflare, Stripe, email providers, SMS providers, social platforms, search tools, AI model providers, browser verification tools, hosting providers, or other third-party systems, you authorize us to access and process the information needed for the requested workflow. You remain responsible for those accounts, their fees, their rules, and actions you approve.

4. Messaging, email, and consent

You are responsible for getting and keeping required consent before sending emails, WhatsApp messages, SMS messages, calls, campaign messages, reminders, or automated replies. You must follow applicable laws and platform rules, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA-related rules, privacy laws, Meta/WhatsApp policies, email-provider rules, and any industry rules that apply to your business.

5. AI and automation

AI providers and automation tools may include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Cloudflare AI, Ollama/local models, browser verification tools, and similar providers. AI features can draft, summarize, classify, recommend, route, estimate, or prepare actions. AI output may be incomplete or wrong. Review important outputs before relying on them.

High-impact workflows such as publishing, sending campaigns, altering DNS, committing code, deploying, changing connected systems, or charging money should use preview and approval steps unless the account owner intentionally configures otherwise.

6. Customer data and intellectual property

You retain ownership of data you upload, enter, connect, or generate through your account. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, analyze, and display that data solely to operate the service, support requested workflows, maintain security, and improve reliability. PayCovay, LocalOps, WALO workflow code, designs, documentation, branding, and platform content are owned by Service Pricer LLC, AMH - Artificial Mind Hive, or their licensors unless a specific page says otherwise.

7. Acceptable use

8. Payments and third-party outcomes

Paid services, if offered, may be billed monthly, annually, one-time, or by scoped project. Payment processing may be handled by Stripe or another processor. We do not store full card or bank details. Third-party APIs and platforms may change, fail, rate limit, reject requests, suspend accounts, or require additional verification. SEO, indexing, rankings, inbox placement, lead generation, ad approvals, payment conversion, and automation outcomes are not guaranteed.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Service Pricer LLC, AMH - Artificial Mind Hive, and related operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, lost rankings, failed deliveries, or third-party account issues. Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Service Pricer LLC, AMH - Artificial Mind Hive, and related operators from claims arising from your use of the service, your content, your connected accounts, your customers, your approved actions, your legal or platform violations, or misuse of automation.

11. Changes, termination, and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. We may suspend or terminate access if payment fails, security risk appears, the service is misused, or these terms are violated. These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless another written agreement says otherwise.
