WALO connects a business WhatsApp number to that business site on Cloudflare. The owner texts normal commands, the site stores a job, the cloud or local agent does the work, and the business number replies back in the same WhatsApp thread.

AI Is Already On The Phone

Plain AIIf the owner uses Bing/Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or a browser, they can already ask normal questions. WALO does not replace that.
Connected AIWALO turns chat-style intent into business operations: check DNS, edit the site, watch email, show bookings, queue IndexNow, research competitors, or send a customer link.
Manual or automaticManual mode gives copy-ready replies and dashboard links. Automatic mode uses WhatsApp Business Cloud API so the business number receives the text, LocalOps runs the job, and the result comes back in WhatsApp.
ReceiptAfter the job, WALO sends back a clear result: done, queued, needs approval, or here is the live link.
What number sends back?

The number they own can be used in the app/manual mode. Full automatic replies need that number, or a second number, connected as the WhatsApp Business Cloud API sender.

Where does it live?

On the client Cloudflare site. Their account, their domain, their D1 database, their provider keys when needed.

What does Austin provide?

The WALO module, setup, BIN/LocalOps pattern, research rules, MCP tools, and agent workflow.

Phone Number Options

Easy modeThe owner keeps using the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app on the phone number they already use. WALO can still give them dashboard links, copy-ready replies, lead links, and command pages, but full automatic send-back is limited.
Automation modeThe owner connects a number they own to WhatsApp Business Cloud API. That API sender number is what sends WALO replies back into WhatsApp. This can be their main business number if they choose to migrate it, or a second business number if they do not want to disrupt the current phone app.
Best first setupUse the number the customer already recognizes when possible. If the owner is nervous about changing their main WhatsApp setup, start with a second verified business number and keep the main cell untouched.

How The Reply Loop Works

1. Owner textsOwner sends a message to the business WhatsApp API number, not directly to the website.
2. Meta webhookWhatsApp Business Cloud API posts the inbound message to /api/bookitnow/walo on the Cloudflare site.
3. WALO stores jobD1 stores the command as an indexing, ranking, FAQ, research, or answer job.
4. Agent worksCloudflare Worker/AI, AI Gateway, AI Search, Cron, MCP, or your local runner does the crawl/search/answer.
5. Reply goes backThe result is queued to the same WhatsApp Business API number, then delivered back to the owner chat.

Integration Note

WALO is an independent LocalOps/BIN module. It can integrate with WhatsApp Business Cloud API, but it is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta. For full live automatic WhatsApp sending, the client needs a WhatsApp Business API sender number and Meta credentials. For a first manual setup, they can keep using the phone number they already have and WALO can still route links, commands, and owner actions.
